Alaskan Flounder Rice Bowl

INGREDIENTS

▢ 1 -2 Our Family Table Alaskan Flounder fillets
▢ 1 cup of Jasmine or Sushi Rice
▢ Sesame oil
▢ 1 grated carrot
▢ 1/2 cup of shredded cabbage
▢ Spinach or baby bok choy
▢ Finely chopped scallions
▢ Pickled ginger
▢ Furikake – Japanese rice seasoning
▢ Kewpie mayo or tonkatsu sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Cook 1 cup of rice according to the package.
  3. While the rice is cooking, put 1 fillet of Our Family Table Alaskan Flounder into the oven and cook according to the package.
  4. Grate cabbage and carrot into a bowl and set aside.
  5. Sauté spinach /bok choy in light oil until soft.
  6. Place cooked rice into a bowl and top with vegetables and Our Family Table Alaskan Flounder. Top with ginger, furikake, scallions and drizzle with sauce of your choice.
