Alaskan Flounder Fish Burger

INGREDIENTS

▢ 2 large, soft long rolls
▢ 1 box of Our Family Table Squid Chips
▢ Mixed salad
▢ 1 avocado

DRESSING

▢ 2 cloves garlic roughly minced
▢ 1/2 cup mayonnaise
▢ 1 tsp lemon juice
▢ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
▢ Pinch of sea salt
▢ Pinch of black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  2. Cook 1 box of Our Family Table Squid Chips according to package.
  3. While the Squid Chips are cooking, mix all dressing ingredients into bowl and set aside in fridge.
  4. Once Squid Chips are cooked, spread dressing onto rolls and then add avocado, salad and Squid Chips. Top with more dressing and a squeeze of lemon if desired.
